On behalf of the Board of Directors, you are invited to attend the Port Moody Heritage Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Special Resolution – Proposed New Bylaws

In addition to the regular business of the AGM, members will be asked to consider and vote on a Special Resolution to adopt a new set of bylaws for the Port Moody Heritage Society.

We encourage all members to review the proposed bylaws in advance of the meeting. If you would prefer a printed copy, please contact info@pomo.museum
